Grocery list:

-1 can petite diced tomatoes

– 1 can black beans

-1 green pepper

-1 onion

-Fruit (choose one): apple, strawberries (fresh or frozen),

mango, blueberries, pear, pineapple

How to Make Fresh Salsa:

Step 1: wash the green pepper and fruit if necessary

Step 2: cut up the entire green pepper and put in food processor

Step 3: cut up half of the onion and put in food processor

Step 4: if your adding fruit, cut it up  and add to the food processor.

In the example below I used an entire apple minus the core.


Step 5: Use the pulse button on the food processor to chop up the veggies so they are very small.

Step 6: Take the food out of the food processor and place in a bowl.

Step 7: Open the can of tomatoes and strain out some of the juice and add to the bowl

Step 8: wash the black beans in a strainer, and add to the bowl.

Step 9: add hot sauce to the bowl to your desired heat, and mix it all together
